Francine Luce, from Martinique, invited a group of musicians with whom she had been working whilst exploring the European improvised and the jazz developments of this era for a recording introducing her unique musical heritage. Engineered and edited at Gateway Studio, Kingston, Surrey, September 1996. Location recordings of insects, birds and sea made in Martinique.
