  • Description

1966 was a changing year for the Rhythm & Blues bands - the sound got heavier as music styles, drugs and fashion moved on.

'On The Scene '66 Part One' highlights four of these acts with roots in the previous years and how the music changed: The wild freakbeat sound of THE FREAKS OF NATURE, the heavy R&B 45 from THE ATTRACTION, the pop-pysch from KATCH 22 mixed with the unique sound of JOHN'S CHIDREN pulled together to give a taster of future releases coming with this series.....
