Description
Yellow colour vinyl reissue of in-demand and long out of print 2014 debut from The Delines. Limited to 750 copies. The Delines are proud to reissue their 2014 debut album 'Colfax' that kicked it off in a big way for them. Initially the album was recorded as a side project for Richmond Fontaine to feature their friend Amy Boone whom had just done 'The High Country' tour with them on vocals. Singer and songwriter Willy Vlautin loved her voice so much he wrote an entire album for her which received rave reviews, with 9/10 in UNCUT, 8.5 in Line of Best Fit and landing on best of year end lists everywhere. It features their first single 'The Oil Rigs At Night' which is also a concert staple to this day. This first LP features Jenny Conlee from the Decemberists on keyboards before Cory Gray came on board. The band will be touring October (throughout Europe) as well as March 2027 with a brand new album. The Delines are: Amy Boone-vocals & piano, Sean Oldham-drums, percussion, vocals Freddy Trujillo-bass, vocals Willy Vlautin-guitar, vocals, Jenny Conlee - keys with Tucker Jackson on steel and produced by John Askew. There will be a big social media campaign around this and the forthcoming new album which will feature national press across Europe. Track list>> Side A 1 Calling In 2. Colfax Avenue 3.
