This essential release presents two of Marty Wilde's finest LPs from the peak of his career: the long unavailable masterpiece, Bad Boy, and the equally splendid but underrated, Showcase. Here you will find such favorites as Wilde's own composition "Bad Boy," plus staples like "Down the Line," "Honeycomb," "A Teenager in Love," and "Johnny Rocco," among others. These two long plays were originally released in 1960 by the Epicand Philips labels, respectively. Both albums have been remastered and packaged together in this collector's edition, which also contains 7 bonus tracks from the same period (including other smash hits, as well as hard to find sides). This set is a treasure, and a necessary addition to any rock & roll collection. -
