Not even one year after their sensational comeback album Thunder Rider, which hit the German album charts on # 55, German heavy metal veterans Majesty deliver their new record Banners High.
It marks their first concept album of their career, which tells a fantastic and glorious tale, created by Majesty singer Tarek MS Maghary. We are very proud to be releasing our first concept album.
The tale is about repressed people who go into battle to be finally free. We didnt want to do a concept album with somewhat boring intros and audio drama; the tale is being told through 10 heavy metal anthems which also stand for and by themselves.
Those who want to dive into the world of our concept can surely do so, but one can listen the album and each song just like that, too. Experience the unbelievably epic tale of a world full of honour, friendship, loyalty and freedom.
Majesty are currently touring with the likes of Powerwolf and will play some shows around album release as special guests of Rage/Lingua Mortis Orchestra before doing their very own EU headlining tour in February. -
