Description
A Certain Frame of Reference is the brand new album from David Luximon, released on heather coloured vinyl. Self-produced, mixed by Oliver Betts (The Duke Spirit), and mastered by Paul McGeechan (Starless), the album is a reflection of what it is to uproot and move from the city to the country, whilst walking with someone through personal trauma. Featuring sumptuous cello and string arrangements by Liz Hanks (Richard Hawley), brass by Terry Edwards (Nick Cave), and pedal steel by Connor Smith (Annie Booth), the album is at times a shimmering nod to the white picket fences of 1950's Americana, via On The Beach era Neil Young, en route to the Perthshire countryside.
