Description
Singer-songwriter Jim Croce's untimely death in an aeroplane crash (in September 1973, aged just 30) came at a point in his career when he seemed set for a lengthy and rewarding career.
The title track of "I Got A Name" had been issued as a single, but the album wasn't issued until after Croce's tragic death.
The album subsequently sold millions, as did single issues of two of his best-known songs, "Time In A Bottle" and "I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song".
This deluxe 2CD digi-pack edition includes the rare concert recording - The Final Tour – recorded by a fan as Croce toured to promote his previous album 'I Got A Name'.
The booklet includes the lyrics and new liner notes by Alan Robinson. -
