Since 2019, Miho Hazama has served as Chief Conductor of the Danish Radio Big Band, following in the footsteps of notable leaders like Thad Jones, Bob Brookmeyer, and Jim McNeely. Under her guidance, the Danish Radio Big Band continues to evolve, integrating traditional big band elements with innovative techniques. Hazama's expertise extends to conducting esteemed ensembles such as the Metropole Orkest, WDR Big Band, and Bohemian Caverns Jazz Orchestra.
