Following a remarkable tour alongside harmonica virtuoso Olivier Ker Ourio, Ivan Paduart presents a new album that captures the essence of this musical journey, which began in 2022.
This project also brings together two key figures of the jazz scene: Benoit Sourisse (Hammond organ) and Andre Charlier (drums), whose long-standing musical chemistry creates an exceptional dynamic and cohesion within this ensemble.
The subtle fusion of harmonica and Hammond organ, perfectly balanced by the rhythmic interplay of piano and drums, gives rise to a rich and immersive soundscape--both warm and striking. A heartfelt tribute to Toots Thielemans, shaped by a modern and deeply personal approach.
