After around 70 albums, Jasper van't Hof brings the wealth of experience he has gathered throughout his career to bear on this recording.
For four and a half decades now, the Dutchman has been one of the most influential jazz musicians in Europe. In the 1970s, he was one of the first jazz pianists to embrace rock music and incorporate the electric piano and early synthesiser models into his instrumentation alongside the grand piano. The keyboardist has also indulged his love of African music with the group Pili Pili, who recorded for Virgin and Jaro Records.
