Guitarist Steve Morse led the rock/jazz instrumental band, originally formed in 1970; by 1983 the group had had enough and disbanded.
Over the years, they have reformed briefly for recording and gigs.
Morse was Deep Purple's guitarist from 1994 to 2022.
