Keyboardist David Benoit's career has spanned over 30 years and includes more than 25 solo recordings, many on the GRP label. 'Earth Glow' is his first album of all originals for some time and it ranges from lounge jazz chill-out music to elements of soul-jazz, world beat and old-school funk jazz.
Benoit is backed by bass , drums and percussion with guest musicians including Rick Braun (trumpet and flugelhorn), Jeff Kashiwa (saxophones), Pat Kelly (guitars), Time Wiesberg (flutes) and James Saez on electric guitar. -
