It did not take long for attitudes towards the song cycle to change.
The cycle of nine songs by the Italian composer Carlo Galante deals with the encounter of music and poetry around the theme of
"night".
The duo "Emerald Ghost," consisting of soprano Lucy De Butts and
pianist Giovanna Gatto, have been working together since 2019 and have chosen these two important 20th century cycles for their debut recording.
In addition to captivating music, you can expect two interpreters who are yet to be heard from.
