Description
Founded in 1977, Tabu Records gave the world hugely successful acts like Alexander O'Neal, Cherrelle, the S.O.S. Band, Brainstorm and many others.
Brainstorm's third and last album, released in 1979, found their funky sound even more filled out with heavy-duty help from renowned session players like Phil Upchurch, Paul Jackson Jr., Ernie Watts, Jerry Hey, Harvey Mason, Jim Gilstrap and Syreeta Wright.
This expanded casebound book set features two bonus tracks as well as the lyrics and newly-authored liner notes by Christian John Wikane. -
