After several years as an integral part of Jimmy Martin's Sunny Mountain Boys, Crowe ventured out on his own and put together the Kentucky Mountain Boys. This reissue captures the hardcore Bluegrass sound for which they became known. With Red Allen, Doyle Lawson, and Bobby Slone.
